"The property is lovely. Signage to the guest rooms on the first floor is greatly lacking and confusing. My room definitely needed a deep clean. Lots of dust on lamps, pictures, etc. The safe didn’t work. All relatively minor, but for the cost of the stay, it really should be pristine. Room service brought me fruit that was past its prime and even had mold on one of the strawberries. "

They have a petting zoo with alpacas, mini horses, Texas longhorns. You can go horseback riding. Rooms were large and updated. It is about 25 minutes to downtown Austin and 9 miles from a Bucc-eels! Had a great stay. "

"Very clean. Beautiful room. Cool 3-D art on the wall. Great views of city. Location is perfect-close to everything. Rooftop pool. Had an issue with air conditioner was always on very cold. Had to ask twice for housekeeping to bring more coffee pods. "
