"This hotel was an absolute gem. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything you could need. The amenities were fantastic and the location couldn't have been more convenient. Parking was easy to sort out with the staff. We'll definitely be coming back"

"Our fourth stay at Canberra Novotel. Good location, friendly staff and good quality and quantity breakfast buffet. The disappointment is that the sauna has been permanently retired. "

"In a good quiet location, nice grounds with plenty of free parking. The apartment was well equipped but it would have been nice to have two dinner plates the same size. The standard apartment we were in requires repainting. Staff friendly. We would stay here again but would probably upgrade to an executive apartment."

"The room was ordinary. I felt stressed out in the room with weird room lighting. Though amenities in the toilet were ok. Furniture was outdated in the room along with antique TV. Not even feel like turn on even once. Only one lift which is old fashioned and narrow. Parking spots are too narrow although it is free. Breakfast menu is very limited and most of the Breakfast items were not refilled. Don’t recommend to pay for the breakfast. Also, I’ll not recommend for families or long stays. "
