"don't stay here.....cancelled our reservation 4 days in advance due to medical issues.... Expedia.ca apparently contacted Comfort Inn who indicated the reservation costs would be reimbursed....6 days post reservation we were informed by Expedia.ca that Comfort Inn had not authorized a refund .....the hotel does not answer calls and management seems to be non-existent
Our bookings through 2 other hotels (not Comfort Inn) with Expedia.ca were immediately dealt with...one refund and one cancellation
I would not recommend booking with Comfort Inn under any circumstances..."
