“Check in process was terrible. We ran into issues with payments, however the man checking us in once we got to our room he called the room and said they weren’t bringing our bags we had to go get them from lobby then stated they didn’t charge us correctly his exact words “all I know you owe 380.00” very rude on the phone. Worst experience only nice person was Tony. Kids show we all felt like we were sitting in the dark. Buffet was dark, food was the same every day. Food was maybe a 1star....

“Beautiful Property, Not a True Luxury Experience At $1,500+ per night, the expectation is a seamless luxury experience. Casa de Campo is visually beautiful, but service and value did not match the price. Check-in required a 25+ minute wait for a “concierge check-in”, while 2 front desk agents remained unoccupied, yet there was no meaningful property overview or proactive assistance. The room was standard at best and consistently humid. We had booked expecting a hot tub, but only select rooms...

“The pools were great. Depending on the vibe you wanted there was a pool for everyone from the more relaxed pool, to the party pool, to the lively swim up bar pool with water volleyball nearby. The rooms were nice. Everything amenity you needed was there. Fully stocked fridge with water, pop and beers. The hand steamer was a great alternative to an iron. The patio jet tubs were quite run down. Covers falling of, broken nobs, leaking/cracked tub. The water temp was finicky and tough to get right...

Apartments and villas were cozy, spacious, and great for groups. I loved the lush garden surrounding the property, which made the environment feel peaceful.”
