“Courtesy was the best, from every single staff member I encountered. There were some little bits of the room that were not impeccably clean but I am pretty happy with the room. I think it is great to be able to go between the two areas of the resort as I was traveling alone. My big issue was with Expedia and Hyatt Corp levels as there is a lot of confusion with the name of the resorts that are literally on the same beach. “Room was very clean and housekeepers were excellent. Grounds were beautiful and all staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few minor glitches, such as Jacuzzi at pool not heating up, buttons on room phone not aligning with the stated departments, and poor internet the last couple of days, making it difficult to reach Embajadores staff.”

“This is my second stay at this hotel and it is by far one of the best hotels to stay in. Its extremely clean. The people, food, entertainment is great. Their sre so many bars on the facility you dont know what to do. If you have an issue its immediately addressed although I didn't have any. So many people are there more than one time. Highly recommended. ”
