"The way it is constructed makes it very private. It was very cosy. The shower lip could be improved to stop water from travelling into the bathroom area and it would have been great if they could have extended the kitchenette to include a sink. Overall a good stay."

"We loved staying here! We were sore from doing a 17 kilometer hike so soaking in the jet tub was a huge benefit. We loved being right across the street from the beach and loved the area so much we stayed an additional night. You won't be disappointed with this facility!"

"This reasonably priced motel ' Ticked all the boxes for our recent trip . PWe enjoyed a 5 day stay in this clean & quiet motel .The management & cleaning staff were courteous & helpful and the ' Inroom' self cooking option helped with our holiday budget and the equipment provided was adequate. The shower was a highlight of our stay with good pressure & ' Hot ' water . We would stay again when we next visit Gisborne. "

"The area is safe and quiet, however parking seems a bit inconvenient without complimentary parking after 8am although hotel check out is at 10am. There’s a countdown nearby for groceries, but not much shopping available. "
