친절한 직원들, 체크인과 체크아웃때 아프리카 특유의 환영문화를 접할 수 있음. 시설이 잘 관리받고 있는 느낌을 받았고 리조트 규모 대비 객실 수가 적당해서 다소 프라이빗한 느낌도 받을 수 있음. 객실이 쾌적하고 에어컨이 시원하다 못해 추울 정도로 가동이 잘됨. 시설 내 운동시설이 별도의 건물에 있으며 스파 시설 또한 별도의 건물로 이용 가능.

It’s the staff, they are exceptional, they’re the most friendly, smiley, professional and provide amazing service.
