"Room was very clean and no issues that needed attention. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Front desk gave us a heads up on street parking required payment and that the hotel lot parking is inexpensive. However, we did not really need a car but felt it was more useful to explore in Vancouver...but rush hour traffic is a challenge. Hotel was by a large mall and there were lots of dining choices within walking distance...even a McDonalds for the late night craving for fries and a shake. And the SkyTrain terminal is only a short walk away... so a car is not needed as you could SkyTrain it across to Vancouver and rent a car there for the day and not get stuck in rush hour traffic because the SkyTrain avoids all that mess...awesome."

"The accommodations themselves were beautiful, lovely view very very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. They seemed a little disorganized from a dining perspective. We had set a time to leave and wanted to enjoy breakfast at 7:30 in the morning when it was listed that the restaurant was open and they were not prepared to receive us so we just left and got breakfast on the road. That was a little disappointing."
