“Overall okay. I had to take the blankets off my bed because it was stained in many places. The chairs were really gross. And it was loud at night, I kept waking up to people talking outside my door. The parking lot was kinda sketchy, there was lots of homeless people and people doing drugs, definitely was uncomfortable parking my car there for the night. The staff was really kind though, and the price was good.”

“This is an older motel that has not been updated and in average repair. It is right next to the main highway, so quite noisy, and not in the best area of town. On the positive side, the front staff were nice and the bed was relatively comfortable.”

“I feel the hotel was way over priced for what was there. The service in the restaurant for breakfast was not great,the waitress was more interested in her phone than us waiting to be seated. Again for the price per night yall gotta pick it up a notch or drop the price per night.”

“For an older motel the room itself was clean, but could use updating, dents in walls, flooring was old. But what one would expect for a motel. Pricey for what you get, but I think everything in duncan would be similar”
