When we came back to the hotel Saturday evening, there was a considerable garbage mess outside, empty beer cans, fast food stuff etc I have worked in the unhoused sector, so I’m very aware of how this can happen, just an observation as we came in”

“We regularly travel with a large sports team and this was our all-time favourite tournament hotel. We loved the gazebo outside for team meals and found the staff very accommodating. This is a well-designed hotel, and the proximity to picturesque Ladysmith was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend to teams traveling for tournaments in Nanaimo.”

“Never experienced any hotel without any receptions on site plus required pre check in even with the reservation? A lot of personal and credit card information were required for online check in which is a high safety concern. After filled out all those info waited out side for 30minutes without any response plus the assistance phone number didn’t pick up until we tried 5 times. Loud AC and bad experience.”
