"I know we got what we paid for, but man was it horrible. Crooked mirror and not wiped down, walls were stained, we also booked a non smoking room yet when we first walked it we were hit with a strong pungent smell of ciggarette smoke. The freezer on the fridge was stained as well. We only needed one night to stay but I will make sure we never go or recommend that place to anyone again. "

"I’ve been staying here since last year at least once every two months. The front of the house staff is excellent in customer service and the upgrades in the lobby has been great for the appearance and comfort of guest."

"Everything was great! The awsthetic of the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and the staff ia so friendly! The Ricotta restaurant is great, and would definitely recommend staying here. "
