The coastal path on Rickham Common. The higher and lower paths can interchange here, by the entrance to Salcombe Harbour. South Sands can be seen on the opposite side. Moult House can just be seen across the water in the centre on the edge of the cliff.

The Southwest Coast Path is the perfect place for a walk. . The coast path starts in Minehead in Somerset, goes through Devon down to Lands End in Cornwall. It then goes up through Cornwall then along Devons South Coast and ends at Poole in Dorset. You can get on it at any point and the views are amazing.

The room was fantastic great sea view and spacious. The spa unfortunately was a disappointment the main issue was no handle rails either into the pool or jacuzzi. The staff were amazing.

A grand hotel with lovely views however whilst the public areas are rather splendid, some areas do look a little tired and in need of updating. This didn't detract from our stay though. Plentiful and varied breakfast and a great location
