Highly recommend

Could not praise these appartments more. So well equipped and lovelly inside. Brilliant location, far enough way from the town to be nice and quite, but near enough to walk which saves on the teying to park game. Steve the host lovelly, helpful and obviously cares about your stay and he will help and assist you in any way he can

Overall good place to stay

Clean and convenient accommodation for a family of four plus a dog. The lady who owns the place was very friendly. The only downside is that you have to rent towels or take your own, but other than that, all other amenities were there. Overall a good place to stay.

Very friendly hosts, great little apartment, quiet of an evening, which was brilliant as staying with a young granddaughter. Close to train station, less than 5 minutes walk, beach walk in under 10 minutes, great for buses and trains, can't rate this property highly enough, will definitely use again if in the area.

Fantastic stay at Chelston Dene; apartments are clean and well catered for. The hosts were friendly and the apartment was well equipped. They had compiled an information book of things to do and places to eat with maps of the local area

Great place to stay in Torquay.

We were extremely happy with what was provided, it gave us the most perfect base while in Torquay for work, onsite and street parking made it an absolute breeze and Steve came out to welcome, check us in and show us our room and its available facilities.

Just what we needed

We stayed in apartment 10 for 4 nights in July to visit family who live locally. The studio room had everything we needed, the kitchen area was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

Overall a nice place to stay let down by a few minor issues. Dirty lamp shades, fan could do with a clean and paper peeling on the ceiling. Mattress was a bit soft. The view from the window was good, onsite parking and very peaceful.

Good roomy studio apartment.patio doors straight onto lovely garden good quality garden furniture.nice and quiet.close to everything.nice little welcome pack on arrival.wish we had booked sn extra night as it was so nice it was hard to leave after such a short stay.we will definitely book again when visiting family in paignton

Lovely place but sadly not a good stay

The place itself is lovely owners very pleasent sadly our stay was ruined by our neighbours who had yapping dogs and seem to love late night DIY with a bit of early morning knocking up a few wardrobes for good measure we had to leave early as couldnt get no sleep to be yapped at by there dogs again as we was walking up and down the stairs with our luggage fuming!!

Rolig, trygt og sentralt leilighetshotell.

Kjempefint leilighetshotell. Ryddig og rent. God plass i leilighet nr.5 til to voksne og to barn. Rolige og trygge omgivelser. Eierene bor i huset, så lett å få hjelp om en lurer på noe. Ca 5 minutt å gå fra togstasjonen med store kofferter. Ca 10 minutt å gå til nærmeste strand Torre Abbey Sands. Bor en kjempesøt katt i huset som ofte satt utenfor kom og hilste på oss når vi åpnet ytterdøren.

We found the property clean and conveniently situated. Although the room was not large, it had everything required for self-catering. Being dog friendly was a real advantage.
