"Am glad that I chose to stay at the Paracel Beach Hotel when there are numerous (newer - established - brand name) hotels along this main road across from the beach. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff was attentive, friendly and very helpful - speaking English well enough to communicate without using a translation app. Every morning I was greeted with a big welcoming smile before heading towards the breakfast buffet which provided more than enough to accommodate all dietary needs. Food was frequently replenished and made-to-order food (ie. eggs, pho) was also available. Special attention was always given by Nguyen Long and her co-workers, Dung, Ngan, Dinh, and Phong. The cost to transfer from the airport to hotel should be 150,000 vnd. Great location: close to the crosswalk for the beach, countless restaurants, unlimited centres for spa treatments. Each morning I looked forward to watching the sun rise across the South China Sea from my bed through the open balcony doors. My concerns about hotel cleanliness and outside noise (traffic, people/music, bars/restaurants) in my room were unwarranted. In my perfect world: - I’d prefer Housekeeping to start cleaning earlier (in the morning). But then, vacationers are usually away from their rooms in the afternoon. - I’d prefer more English-speaking television stations. But again, vacationers are not staying in their rooms to watch tv. Other than the above-noted, it was a perfect 9-day hotel stay in DaNang. "

"Very nice room. The staff were so friendly and work very hard to provide excellent service. My wife asked if they had any non-sweet yogurt. They didn’t but they made some especially for her and recognized her when we arrived in the morning and brought it to her each day. Beautiful ocean view from balcony. The beach is across the street and very nice. Will come back. The only thing I would say is that the ocean view balcony can be noisy from the street below and bars playing music at night. However, with the balcony door closed it was quiet enough to sleep. "
