โThis review follows a separate booking issue we encountered. We had reserved five rooms, and upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional US$10 per person for breakfast, despite the property listing stating that breakfast was included for all rooms.
The next day, the hotel manager spoke with us directly, explained the miscommunication with Expedia, and offered a solution. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

โMy stay at Sanna Boutique Hotel in Arusha was a perfect blend of comfort and modern design. The room was impressively large, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully laid out. I loved the mix of tiled floors in the entry and bathroom with cozy carpet in the sleeping area. The bathroom was a highlight - a true four-piece setup with a whirlpool tub, spacious walk-in shower, plush bathrobes and slippers, and a hairdryer.
