"The whole experience was tainted by the poorest cooked $70 filet steak dinner. Asked for a medium rare and got well, well done steak. Wanted a reasonably cooked baked potato and got a hard, undercooked potato . Had to ask the staff for other things like butter and sour cream. The saltshaker bottom came loose and spilled salt over everything. Such a delectable dinner! Yummy, yummy!
After mentioning this to the hostess, she told the chef and his response through her was "Well I cooked it to temperature". I guess the chef is blind because anyone could see it was a charcoal brick, but it was hot. In their generosity, they applied a 15% discount for a less than half eaten dinner. Sure sounds like a deal to me.
Do not eat at this location!
Also, on a separate stay I had to drag my bags up and down to the lobby three times as the key card would not open the 5th floor room. The front desk staff was less than understanding of my frustrations. Finally, a manager told her staff that the room lock is likely malfunctioning. They gave me a different room, and some free water as compensation.
So if you want a terrible and costly meal with a 15% discount, and some free water to compensate for check-in frustrations, then this is the place to stay."
