Great one night stay. Owners not at property when checking in but directs us through RING. really clean room and generous in size. If stay in Eastbourne again will definitely stay here.

The host was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable, loved the lounge. It was well placed for the sea front and restaurants - we particularly recommend the Thai and Italian restaurants in Carlisle Road.

The property is very clean and week maintained. The breakfast was very good with a good range of choices available for self service. They place is week situated close to the sea on a quiet road.
