โStaff very good but on Friday one young lady had to do reception, bar and restaurant which I felt was too much for her. However she cheerfully managed to help everyone eventually! Saturday morning the lift wasnโt working! โ
โGreeted with a smile and efficiency. Room was clean and had everything you need.Nice continental breakfast.Even though we were only staying 2 nights still had our room cleaned.I would call this 3 star not 2 star.โ
โthe town where this hotel is scary. check that this is not a hotel, it is a lodge. Without an address, you cannot even find this lodge. We were lucky that transferred to better 'hotel' since they have some problem at the hotel. But still that 'hotel' is very low level.
The town is for Arabic people.

The area Stratford, is for Eastern Europe and immigrant from middle east, hard to find local people.
Room was clean and tidy, bath room was large. But please do room keeping more carefully and clearly. They do everyday but I could find dust in the room.โ
โOur first trip to London and we found the hotel perfect for our stay with just a short walk to the station and shopping centre. The staff were very helpful and polite, with a great knowledge of the area and transport links. Already looking at booking our next trip for 2026.โ

Just need to up the game on GF for breakfast - lazy cheffing as GF sausages and hash browns easy to do ; keep saying this over years but they do not learn
