Breakfast was varied and tasty, though the dining area can get busy during peak times. had to line up for food that was at 8 am when they open for breakfast One small drawback was that some areas of the ship could use a little refresh, but overall, the ambience and uniqueness more than make up for it. If you’re looking for something different from a standard hotel, Sunborn London is a great choice. I’d happily return."

"Room was spotless, staff were excellent and friendly. Loved the location. Breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate. Bar was nice in the evening. If i'm being really picky the silly little milk portions are never enough but all hotels seem to do this. It would be better to put a box of uht milk in the fridge and add any cost differance to the room price or supply a small jug which could be refilled at the bar to save waste. Will definately stay again"

"Nice clean room, a little cramped, didn’t realise we were in an accessible room. The bathroom was a wet room based unit. There was little space to put toiletries or makeup products. Lighting was poor for putting makeup on, and a mirror over the desk area would have been better."
