Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly but the neighborhood didn't seem to be safe with many homeless people just about 5 to 10m away from the hotel. The room had only beds and a TV. No safty box so we had to carry our passports everywhere in an unsafe looking neighborhood.

Pas calme à cause des voitures sur l’autoroute à côté,.trop bruyant. Le parking est vraiment cher aussi -+£10/jour (-+12€/j). Le métro Barking station est à +-15 minutes de marche et il y a un bus aussi à +- 7 minutes à pied.Attention pendant l’été,il fait extrêmement chaud,pas de climatisation dans la chambre juste un ventilateur fourni. Je trouve que les prix de chambres sont très chers vue l’emplacement de l’hôtel.

Good price and location for a stay in London. 10-15 minute walk to Barking station with easy access to overground and underground trains. Roons are very basic but clean. Our room on the 2nd floor waa extremely hot. There was a stand up air conditioning unit which helped a little. The window could be opened but there was a lot of noise from traffic outside.
