"Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and very clean. We were a little unnerved about the lack of an in room safe but had no issues. The only other thing I will say is that the shower isn’t in a “conventional bathroom” so to speak, it’s in the actual room. There is a divider there but doesn’t offer a great deal of privacy. Just something to be aware of. All that being said, the location of the hotel is very good with lots of amenities nearby. Would stay again for sure."

"The Betmanowska Main Square Residence is an optimal base for visiting Krakow. Every aspect of our four-day stay was superb. Karolina was exceptionally helpful in arranging airport pickup, tour, and other travel details. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. They even provided sandwiches to take along for a tour with an early morning departure time. I easily recommend Betmanowska when visiting this beautiful city."
