“The convenience to the caverns is definitely a big plus. I have never stayed here while the water park was open but that seems fun. I loved being able to travel here with my pet and even though I it didn't know at first that my pet was going to come with me, they had no problems finding me a room. It was clean and I felt safe and good here. . Only problem. There's no food around for purchase after a certain time. And then you end up having to go to Carlsbad. “We brought our dog, unfortunately we stayed in a pet room and the stink from dog urine was so terrible I could barely sleep overnight. I understand a hotel has pet rooms, but this was pretty awful. The room was clean and the breakfast was okay, but traveling with a pet and staying here was not good.”

“We were there for a very short time but it was a great little place. So cute and very clean. If I had to complain about something it would be the parking. The area is very small and can’t be maneuvered easily. The hotel has been there since the 50’s; cars were smaller then so it makes sense that the lot is how it is. It’s a great place to stay!”
