"The manager was very friendly and helpful. Outdated property but clean. I was traveling with my teenage grandson, daughter and her service dog. It was nice they allow dogs. My room had a slight urine odor from other pets but didn’t complain; however, in rooms they allow animals it would be better to have LVP flooring not carpet to be cleaner and not have odors from untrained animals who had accidents. The beds were comfortable, clean bedding, clean bathroom, clean towels, and air conditioner was really cold so was nice. The breakfast was awesome, staff and manager were friendly and helpful, pool hours were great (open until 11pm) and pool was nice, hot tub wasn’t real hot and not in best shape but was still nice to sit in after using the pool. Easy to get everywhere like Falls Park, Zoo, Downtown, Restaurants, and mall. Price was fair and always nice they don’t charge if have a service dog. Overall was happy, would stay again."

"The place was clean and staff was very accommodating when I requested first floor room since I have a bad knee! And they didn’t have an elevator! Breakfast was fine."
