"I was put on "finger hold" as my greeting at the front desk. As I asked for gluten free options for my daughter, I was told everything was gluten free which it was not. When I asked about parking, I was told to use the airport parking and just pay for it. Mattress was not as comfortable as others had said in other reviews. Upon checkout, I asked for a receipt and was told no and it would be emailed to me later. The only advantage to this hotel is it is the only one directly attached to the airport and made it easy for my daughter and I to catch our early flight. We had to attempt to find something gluten free for her to eat at the airport which was an absolute challenge. Sorry, but will stay up the road and deal with the hassles next trip."

"The lodge and accommodations were surprisingly impressive especially for their price point. Staff was very helpful and friendly and served a decent continental breakfast. The room was as nice as my usual Hampton Inn rooms with a new mattress, recently installed shower/ tub, heated massage reclining chair and a big screen tv with many channels. Yes I will definitely stay with them again during my next visit to Mitchell, SD."

"Check in and out was easy. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was average. There was a restaurant attached, but it had a very limited menu with only beer and wine. The area with the small lake is beautiful, as well as the outdoor sitting area."
