โGreat hotel. Had a nice upgrade. The room had a comfy bed and was very clean. There was an ac unit in the bedroom which helped cool the room down. The only thing was the shower pressure was very low and cut out a couple of times. โ
โVery nice property with friendly staff. Location is a short walk to town where there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
The majority of the rooms are in the building across the parking lot from the hotel restaurant and river. Partial view river views look across the parking lot and are quite limited but pleasant. โ

โThe property was full of character. Very spacious with several areas to relax inside and outside. The food was excellent on both breakfast and evening meal.

โThis was the perfect location for us to stay to be able to visit Cheshire Oaks, Chester Zoo and Chester, just 10mins drive from each. I avoided hotels in Chester due to lack of easy parking options but this one was great. Really nice rooms, clean and modern with lots of amenities. Breakfast was good, plenty of hot and continental choices. We loved the warm cookie at check in too - a nice touch! Staff were all very nice and friendly.โ
โAmazing space. Was absolutely PERFECT for our group and honestly really made the stay.
Did have a small issue with a pillow being unclean but they replaced quickly :) โ
