“Everything about the experience was first class, from the moment you are greated at the door, to fresh tea in the lobby and a warm welcome by Yesser, the hotel concierge. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel restaurant on the rooftop if wonderful. The staff is professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel while staying in Casablanca.”

“Great staff”

“오전9시경 이른 체크인을 해줘서 빨리 쉴 수 있어서 좋았어요~ 테라스가 있고 조용하게 잘 쉬었어요~”

“It has been mentioned that the appartment is with laundry room but the is no laundry room or washing machine and our suit was in 2 floors, the bedroom, kitchen and the bathroom were located on the 2nd floor. The apartment was clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff.”

“Pros: staff is great; breakfast has a lot of choices of breads, cold cuts, as well as fried eggs; location is excellent; needs are good; rooms are quiet. Cons: must ask for a hair dryer; no ice available anywhere in the hotel.”
