"Older hotel but decently upgraded. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had great views of the SF bay. Breakfast offering was lacking, we did not go back after the first day."

"The hotel is in an excellent location just a few steps from Union Square, the cable car stop, and the BART train station, not to mention all the clothing stores and food options around it. The room was clean and very comfortable with a refrigerator inside, and I really liked the free cookies, apples, and water in the lobby. However, the service from the lobby staff could be improved, as they misplaced my small suitcase and only found it after checking three times. Management should improve staff training so they follow protocols and do not affect customers. I would stay at the hotel again, but I would be careful with the lobby staff."

"Only stayed one night, but the staff was nice. They were helpful when needed, and the rooms were very clean. It felt comfortable and the area felt safe too. Its also close by the park. Only issue is that parking is first come, first serve, but if you get there early enough, it shouldn't be a problem. The room also didn't have a coffee maker lol but they have a TV, mini fridge, and a hair dryer, so for the most part the room is set. Would definitely stay there again. It was better than I expected."

"You can definitely tell it used to be an older place, as most SF hotels. Rooms are small but good for the price. Very comfortable beds, although it was hot in the room. Good stay for one night. Friendly staff."

"A lot of great things. My wife stayed for 9 days during my surgery at UCSF. Treated and accommodated by the staff beyond expectations. We love the neighborhood and proximity to the presidio. Parking is not spacious, but it's free and it works. The room was cleaner than we have ever seen it. This was around our 10th stay. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 is the presence of a roach in the shower on day 3. First time we ever experienced that."

"This was my first time staying here , I arrived with my girlfriend and dog and boy did this place surpass my expectations. It felt like home. It felt like I was in another country , like Spain. The ambience, the room , the kitchen , everything , it felt like I had a home in an another country and I didn’t want to leave. I will definitely will be staying here again , also extremely close to food and the bridge everyone makes a big deal about. 10/10."
