"It is well located for a visit to the Reina Sofia and the Prato. There are a lot of staff but they do not seem well organized or effective as a team. A few were quite helpful. One was out and out rude. The breakfast is quite standard but the coffee machines malfunction regularly. The decor is strange, perhaps aiming to look trendy. I liked the availability of filtered water to save on water bottles."

"Spacious and modern room. Great staff very welcoming and helpful. Nice air conditioning. My room also has a Dyson hair dryer. Located in a very convenient location. Walkable distance to mostly all tourist attraction in downtown Madrid. Will consider to stay here again for the next Madrid visit"

"The room had everything we need to enjoy our stay. The bed of the deluxe room is huge, a king-plus size, and very comfortable. Hotel is near both, Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía, that was very convenient. Staff was courteous and breakfast was very good. I really recommend Hotel Liabeny."

"Where do I start? I was 100% pleased with this hotel. Location was a huge PLUS, walkable to all you need. The hotel is very boutique and modern. The open kitchen with free coffee was amazing, and to get a breakfast bag on your door each morning was just the right touch to be even happier of staying here. "This property is located right in the middle of Gran Via. Very good rooms. Courteous staff. It was a pleasant stay at this place. Only issue we had was with the washer/dryer. While it washed clothes, the multiple dryer cycles didn’t dry the clothes at all."
