"Your Reception Staff is very friendly and helpful, as they lendt a pair of scissors to me so I could assemble my wedding flowers. However, I was staying there due to being the Bride at a Marriage Ceremony at Bucks Run Golf Course. My bridesmaids' and I wanted to use the whirlpool to relax, and found it was very dirty, with dead bugs floating in it. I also reached out via Expedia to request a later checkout time to have somewhere to get ready for my wedding, only to learn I needed to vacant by 1:30 pm. I could not arrive at the wedding venue until 3 pm. I had nowhere to spend 2 hours at? "

"Close to Alma and dining and brewery there, nice small town feel, walking distance to C-store and fast food dining. Quiet and staff very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here before and have never been disappointed. Close to racetrack for our event and car trailer parking. Very pleased with my trip and stay at this hotel. "

"We loved our stay here. I had a change in business and need to check in earlier and easier granted the access to work on a project and finished before 4pm. The hotel is nice, clean and homey. Not new but very comfortable. I’m for sure booking here on my next business trip in the area. "
