"The only drawback to our stay was the very noisy HVAC wall unit.. you didn’t need a sound machine for sure. Actually our last night I turned it off since it rattled way too loud for us…not typical for such a nice lodge. I didn’t complain to onsite staff but maybe we should have… it could be that the unit is in need of repair… otherwise the lodging was good.."

"We stayed here Oct 8-11, busy season. We weren't able to book a bay-side room; had a 'forest room' instead. Rooms are small but clean. Good strategy for changing out towels as needed. Breakfast was below average, only coffee, orange juice and frosted sweet rolls. The dock and bay-side grounds were nice, and the views from the bay-side rooms look amazing. about 7 minute drive to Egg Harbor."
