"I stayed here for 6 nights in July and this is genuinely one of the friendliest hotels I’ve stayed in. A special mention to the lady who checked me in (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name) who made me feel like she was welcoming an old friend. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with so much choice and everything was delicious. Location was perfect, very close to the main station and within walking distance of all the main attractions. A huge thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting."

The check-in and check-out process is efficient thanks to a well-designed system, and the staff provides outstanding service. If your room is ready before the official check-in time, they are happy to let you in early, which is a great touch. The breakfast is incredibly varied, with plenty of high-quality options, and it is definitely worth the price. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Great budget hotel option. There is no traditional hotel lobby - instead you can self check in and out at a kiosk and the staff at the cafe inside the lobby can assist you. "Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of items. I found the room small & and not really huge amounts of room for two suitcases. On the plus side, it was the height of summer & there was air con and the room comes with a decent smart bathroom. The conditioner was cheap and useless - bring your own. Pool & sauna pleasant but they could do up the basement entrance to it. Overall though, in a very central location close to the harbour & lots of nice restaurants."
