"I had a great stay here with my family. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The latex mattress was incredibly comfortable and helped me get a really good rest after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was also excellent. The only minor inconvenience was that there was only one power outlet in the room, which made it difficult to charge multiple phones at the same time. Guanajuato is such a beautiful city, and we had a wonderful time here. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Stunning property. The service was second to none. Excellent location. It’s a big hotel would be the only slight downside if you’re looking for a small boutique experience. It depends on what you’re looking for. The pool, gym, spa etc make up for it."

"The hacienda style is very unique and nice. Bedrooms need better maintenance. Carpets need deep cleaning. More water should be provided to rooms given that it Mexico you cannot drink tap water safely."
