"I was starting to worry about my stay due to reading some of the reviews, however I am so happy to report that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. In fact, I plan to return in September. The first impression is “wow” while approaching the building from the uber. The architecture is smooth and beautiful. My fiancée and I were welcomed with a delicious tropical drink while checking in, and the staff were very welcoming. They are bilingual, which is great because we are too! Our room was a bit small, but it didn’t matter at all because the space is used wisely. The decor was elegantly modern, and the balcony MADE my jaw drop. We also enjoyed the amenities; the fitness center, delicious breakfast on the rooftop, restaurants located in the courtyard, but missed the rooftop pool. Next time! Even the checkout was super smooth and the staff member and I had an amazing conversation. They allowed us to leave our luggage as we got one last walk around the neighborhood, which, by the way, is super walkable and full of restaurants, coffee shops, parks and tiendas. Highly recommend!"

"I must say the breakfast buffet in the morning was very delicious. The main lady that was in charge to cook had a beautiful heart. She remembered our name after the first day of being there. Made me feel welcome. Very nice lady front desk. People were nice. The building is built strong, when the earthquake came through it shook all the other buildings more than the building that we were in so I felt completely safe to go back in there. What I recommended? Yes, I would and when I return to Medeliin next time I will be staying there . This hotel is it a good location and everything was real close we came to town to visit and see the flower festival. We did many other adventures in the seven days we were there. My 100% compliments to everybody at the hotel especially the cook for the breakfast."

"Our unit was like a tiny home. My daughter loved the loft. The flooring had gaps from poor installation but the apartment was clean and the property staff were prompt and courteous.. The mattress would be considered comfortable for colombian standards. Shower was small. Did not have hot water for about 6 hours one day but staff helped correct the issue.. All in all I would give it a 8.5 out of 10.. "
