"I had a terrible experience with Natura Gardens. I arrived at 2:30 pm to find no one there and no information on checking in or how to contact anyone. "This hostel is on the edge of town. Very clean , large rooms. Shared small fridge in hallway. TV only in Latin American. No where to dry wet bathing suits /wetsuits , I asked and was told there's no real facilities. It's a good breakfast and there's mineral water free near reception. Although No free tea/coffee facilities. Overall ok ."

"We loved everything about Lava House. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The owners were incredibly welcoming and great hosts. The breakfasts were also wonderful. "Beautiful hotel with very short walk to the center of town. Very courteous and helpful staff. Relaxing pool. Great full breakfast every morning - they will pack you a breakfast bag if you need to leave before 7 am. Would highly recommend!"

Blu Galapagos Sustainable Waterfront Lodge

Great location and lovely Eco Lodge!

"Our stay was amazing and the place is lovely! We arrived in Santa Cruz on our first day and spent a night at Blu Galapagos and on our last day, spent our final night there. Our second night we asked for an upgrade with an ocean view and it was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant that is not associated with hotel, but is on location was one of the best meals we had on our trip and the view is right on the water and you can see sharks and raise and fish swimming while dining. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I would definitely return there."

"The best place to stay! The staff were always helpful and they helped me keep my reservation when flight was not able to happen at last minute. They kept rooms cleaned phenomenally everyday. I did not want to leave. The location to downtown and harbor was excellent yet far enough from the noise! Never miss a chance to stay there!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The service was top-notch, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. For a fee, they conveniently arrange transportation to and from Baltar Airport, which made our trip even smoother. Additionally, they provide free clean cold/hot drinking water and coffee for guests downstairs, which was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!"

"There was a hammock in the room - we loved it. Overall a great stay. The staff was friendly and the space was comfortable. It was difficult to get a taxi to the pier in the morning and the walk isn’t too far (15-20 min) but we had heavy bags so it was inconvenient. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. "
