"Pros: Good hotel, Food is perfect, New renovated hotel, Staff is helpful. Cons: Reception staff is not professional enough, calling reception from room is a nightmare, reception is mostly occupied and in a small area, SPA is very expensive and not professional at all, Beach bed is muddy, slippery and not good at all Pool bars serve only beverages, no snacks permitted!! No night entertainment!! "

"My husband and I stayed Casa Cook El Gouna to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first holiday without our kids and honestly had an incredible experience! The decor at Casa Cook is beautiful. You can tell every aspect’s been well thought about! The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate our anniversary. High quality rooms and high quality service.
