The location is ideal, less than 10 minutes from the airport, which makes it super convenient. The food was really good, and the atmosphere is exactly the kind of place I enjoy. " This was one of the most unsanitary hotels I’ve ever stayed in. There were spider webs and bugs throughout the room, which made it clear cleanliness is not a priority here. The food and drinks were also disappointing and did not meet basic expectations. Customer service was extremely poor. Communication was difficult at the front desk, and getting assistance felt frustrating and unhelpful. On top of that, there were serious electrical issues—my iPhone 17 Pro Max took nearly 9 hours to charge, which is completely unacceptable. Safety is also a major concern. There appears to be no real security, and the front entrance is open for anyone to walk in. I would not consider this a safe environment, especially for families or children. Overall, this hotel failed on every level—cleanliness, service, functionality, and safety. Do not be misled by the photos. I would not recommend staying here."
