"The balls in pool tables in the sports bar were always stuck. Wished it was free to play. Overall, our stay was great. Food was fantastic."

"The room we were given upon check in was terrible. Tiny and moldy! Nothing like the photos on your website. We asked to be moved and we offered to pay more but they couldn't move us until the next day. So we moved the next day and the new room was worse. Same thing when we asked to be moved. After paying $400 more and moving rooms 3x we got a room that was bigger and more updated but still not the photos on your website. Staff was all over the hotel but I'm not sure what they were doing. The pools are tiny and no service for food and drinks. The only good thing about this resort was the location if you want to walk to check out different places to eat. We paid way too much money for this hotel."

"This was my third stay at this property which I return to because of the beach access and the incredible staff. Although the facilities are dated the location with a private beach is ideal for a get away vacation. I particularly love the club level rooms in the “newer” of the two buildings. To sit on your balcony while viewing the sunset is beautiful. You can also sleep to the sound of crashing waves. The staff is outstanding (Lisbeth, Alejandro, Nicholas and Oscar) they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend the property especially the beach access."

"We just stayed there for quick getaway. The rooms were very clean everything was clean from restrooms to bedding . The staff is very nice and friendly also very attentive! Their buffet was the only place we ate at and was never a disappointment! Worth every penny spent ! The beach was very beautiful it does have a bunch of rocks but we still made the best of it!"

As visitors from California, it means a lot to see that our people and our culture are never forgotten. It was a pleasure to visit our beloved Mexico and feel so welcomed. Also, a special thank you to our guide Jimmy, who took us out on the sailing excursion and made it a memorable experience.
