“We very much enjoyed our stay, with the highlights being a beautiful setting and helpful and friendly service. The hotel staff was able to arrange transport to La Plantacion and the Phnom Penh airport and even offered us a very late checkout (unprompted), so we could shower and rest before departing for an overnight flight. Thank you to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay. ”

Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. “Beautiful hotel off the beaten path but not too far from town. Loved the private feeling from taking a boat ride from the very nice private pier to the hotel. The entire staff consistently went way above and beyond to take care of us. The food was incredible as well. Id give more stars of possible. Thank you for the incredible stay!”

“+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more...
