Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best. “+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more...

“Relaxing and quiet place. It's a bit older but the wood interior is nice. Good pool and food. Not 5 star but the grounds are pretty and the weekend I was there it was pretty quiet.”

“Beautiful hotel off the beaten path but not too far from town. Loved the private feeling from taking a boat ride from the very nice private pier to the hotel. The entire staff consistently went way above and beyond to take care of us. The food was incredible as well. Id give more stars of possible. Thank you for the incredible stay!”
