The self-checkin was not very easy to navigate, and if you have a card that does not work, you're out of luck. The listing did not clarify that this hotel does not have a lobby or staff. Also, since no staff at hotel, you cannot leave your bags for the day to go explore. I ended up leaving the city early because I could not leave my luggage at the hotel for the day before catching the train. "
