This motel has need better days in it's time, but the price is VERY good and the owners are helpful, polite and friendly, so I felt very safe. A good choice if you need an inexpensive bed for the night.

Really appreciated the Motel Staff working with me to find a good spot to put my truck and trailer. Tim and his wife were super friendly and wanted to make sure I knew where all the cool places to visit around town were. Property needs updating, but it’s priced well for what you get.

Nice people, convenient location, but run down

For the low price, it was reasonable. The property is run down: there is broken tile in the shower, and chipped paint. But the bed was comfortable, and it served my purposes just fine.

I booked on Expedia. The staff was friendly and quickly helped get our room ready by about 3:30. However the room was quite old and though it had been cleaned before we entered, the old dirt and mold (?) was still visible in the bathroom. It was so bad we didn’t shower or even use the sink. There were people talking, doors slamming and kids yelling and running back and forth by our room until about 10pm, then it was just constant people talking outside our door until about 1:00am. We ended up leaving at 3:00am just to get out. The manager/caretaker and his family were very nice but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

There were no hotels in town to book, except this one. I booked a one bed for about $54 for my mom and when she arrived, they didn't know what my mom was talking about. She showed the expedia link and they still said they didn't have it. They said they had one double room left and suddenly the price was $89. The lady helping was really nice, but we were afraid there would be bed bugs and the wheels would be gone on the car.

We arrived about 4:45 and had to wait 10 plus minutes because no one was in the office to check us in. The sheets had stains on them, there were socks on the floor, not vacuumed, one of the towels had stains on them. We could not turn up or down the tv with the remote.

Extremely crowded parking g. I was able to get the last parking spot,and then walked to dinner so I would not lose my parking place. Extremely run down decapitated structure and facilities.it had an old work out wi down unit air conditioner that did not cool the room. The cable TV did not work. Their appeared to be an old bedsheet handled for a window curtain. This was a quintessential skid-row motel. A ball-valve had been installed at the shower head to turn the shower on and off because the shower water control knows did not work. Never again. I cannot believe that this facility was even allowed to be listed on Expedia.com

Never again. I'd rather sleep in my car. The room was filthy. Literally poop on the blanket. I had to call the front desk to have them come change everything The floor, the shower the fridge....all dirty. Never again.

Don't stay here. Rooms are tiny and crammed with furniture. Hard to get to the air conditioning. The room curtain was see-through white fabric. Mattresses and pillows should have been replaced years ago.

I am not one to give a negative review. I have never given one before and I feel awful doing so, but I have never stayed at a hotel that was not cleaned in between tenants.. The communication between expedia and the hotel lacks, the amount charged was more then the app gave me. Upon arrival the room was dirty, it had dirty towels on the floor and the bed was unmade. This place also has long term residents; which is fine but they sat and hung out rigth outside my door and perhaps it would not have been an issue if we didn't have a window that was broken and didn't close, there was a guy sitting right in front of my window so we had no sense of privacy, and as a Mom traveling with kids it didn't feel very secure. If it was cheap I would give them credit for affordability but we had stayed at The Grand Hotel the night before for about the same price and it was better maintained.. If your looking for affordability there are hotels in the area with better housekeeping and more security for about the same price. I don't recommend this hotel for traveling families.

They allowed me to book a room through Expedia that did not exist (not that they had given it to someone else or double booked - literally structurally they do not have the room that I booked and confirmed). There was no parking available in the lot and they directed us to park across the street in a business lot (which we were told by a local had been a source of contention - we promised to move before the businesses opened to make sure that we did not inconvenience them). While the gal on staff was able to get us another bed (thank you), it was far from ideal. All of the other accommodations were sold out due to events so we didn't have other options and we were too tired to continue driving. The rooms should be condemned. There were what appeared to be body fluid stains in the box spring. Tiles were loose and missing in the shower. I read other reviews and they seemed unbelievable but they were right. A massive spider came and went through whichever of the holes in the wall there were. The water in one of the rooms smelled so bad that he didn't shower or use it to brush his teeth. My bed was worn but comfortable enough, and while the sheets and pillow cases were clean enough, I never let my feet touch the carpet and we have checked and rechecked for bed bugs due to the overall condition of the rooms. I heard some really interesting (terrible if true) allegations from the locals. I would never stay here even in desperation.
