"Hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. My only disappointment was the pool and spa were not open. A staff member told me the spa hadn't been open since 2021. I would definitely stay again, but they should update their information if the pool and spa are not open. "

"Rooms were clean, breakfast is exactly what you pay for. But the hotel had horrible management. Had an issue with my reservation, booked 2 nights by accident. They canceled my whole stay and charged me for the 2 nights. When confronted, they said they didn’t have my number to call me and tell me so, so they canceled my stay"

"The room was clean, but it did not have an iron, ironing board. I had to go buy an iron. The TV did not work. The room smelled like smoke after being informed that we had a smokeless room. I asked a staff member for something to spray in the room for the heavy smell of smoke. He indicated that he would bring it to the room, but he never showed up, "

The room was clean however the lobby has old worn furniture, the carpet is extremely dirty throughout the property, there was no hot water in the bathroom, the room smelled of stale cigarettes. For the most part the staff was friendly. There’s is always one who is difficult and there was one but overall the staff was friendly. "
