"Property is an Excellent place to stay, especially for the cost!! Upgrades to the room are beautiful, the bed was very comfortable & a complete little kitchen is in the very Lovely rm! The parking area is small and dingy, and there were small groups of people standing around talking. (‘Did not seem safe) The stairway & walkway could be cleaned much better. We enjoyed a Very lovely & Quiet one night stay!"

"The stay was simply amazing and easy from the point of check in to the check out. The staff on duty during our stay was professional and extremely friendly with a definite desire to make sure our stay was worry free. They were vested in our safety from our vehicle to our every movement around the property. The area inside and out was lighted well for our security entering the building and exiting as we moved our luggage to our room. The breakfast was maintained at an appropriate temperature for our consumption and there was an array of choices for our enjoyment. The rooms were very well cleaned and the units inside were all functioning properly. The lighting was adequate and the with the 94 degree temperature was easily managed with a comfortable working remote, easy to use air conditioning unit. The beds were clean and comfortable. We felt valued as customers the entire stay. The courteous and friendly staff made help us navigate the activities in the area to help make our stay even more enjoyable after a long drive to the city. It was well worth the price paid for the outstanding comfort provided. Thank you for helping to make our memories in your city the top of our list for vacations. Rated 5 Stars in our book of travel destination."

"It’s good to know that this location is a prime location in the area, it’s close to the restaurants into the bars and to Main Street. So you get what you buy. Not fancy whatsoever, but it gets a job done. Unfortunately this day there was some very heavy Santa Ana winds that caused many counties, including Ventura County to have power outage, as I attempted to check in the hotel was out of power, and I was not able to check in because at that moment, it was cash only. Luckily the agent allowed to write down my credit card information and he said once power is up, he would charge which he did, power was up by midnight that following morning. Other than that totally worth to stay, and save some money"

Theyre remodeling and renovating so its not as beautiful and picturesque as it once was but it was still a pleasant stay. My shower floor had a bunch of hair on it. I hated to have to clean that up but I didn't want to bother anyone"
