โVisiting the area for the first time and decided to stay with a brand that I know. Hyatt Regency didn't disappoint. Aesthetically pleasing from the moment we pulled up to the resort. Excellent customer service provided throughout. Indoor/outdoor dining is wonderful with delicious culinary faire. Lobby was welcoming. Peaceful, clean, walkable, and friendly area. Near major attractions: Savannah, zoo, Queenโs Hall, NAPA, China Town, The Avenue, Malls all within a few kilometres.

โStaff Deserves A Raised. VERY Professional, At There Job, Yes A Few Things Can Be Added To Uplift The Property! But Its A Good Spot & Near The Q.P.S Which Is Indeed Awesome!โ
โ- Room had to be changed 3 times.
- Bed linens were stained.
- Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty.
- Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained.
- Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs.
- Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning.
- Fridge in the room was filthy.
- Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through.
- Bed moved...
โMe and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay. The view was amazing and the staff was wonderful. Food was top tier and the whole vibe overall was great would definitely book again ๐โ
