Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. “The room is spacious in a central location. The bathroom area could be cleaner. There is a very strong smell of sewage in the hallways and stairs leading to the rooms. There is an attempt to mask it with air freshener but it is still strong and very noticeable. Luckily this smell does not continue into the room. Comfortable bed and nice amenities. Smell in the hallways needs to be addressed.”
