“When we arrived they were fumigating our room and the room had a bad smell .had to switch rooms . Floors were also dirty. Fridge barely worked and door frame and lock looked like it had poor maintenance and wasn’t secure. Room looked nice just needs better maintenance.”

“Overall, our stay was good, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the property and rooms felt quite outdated and not very well maintained, and there was a noticeable stuffy odor in the room. We were also charged an additional $5 “check-in” fee upon arrival, even though the full amount had already been paid online. While shampoo was provided, there was no conditioner available.
