This is the second time I’ve stayed here. One clean property, and I’m picky! For the price, I don’t think you’ll find another property like this close to Pacific Beach. 10/10 recommend.

For the price it did the job, no bed bugs, 1 of the two matts was well used which made it much more comfortable that firmer mattress in most hotels. Door had air gaps so you will see an occasional knat if coming in summer. Staff was great and helpful. Your down the street from PB so for the price, we enjoyed our stay.

Location is excellent for Pacific Beach. Cute local motel. They're in process of remodeling so hopefully bathrooms get better- weird old tile. Bring soap and shampoo. I feel it is a very good value purchase.

One of the best deals you could find in San Diego! I spent a long time looking for a cheap yet comfortable motel and this was the best option. Had everything you could need for a few days in the city. Room included a fridge, microwave, and TV- all big sizes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Exterior of motel also makes it a comfortable environment. The outdoor decoration and location was a bonus.

Motel is in poor condition, location was terrible, staff was friendly and it’s very dog friendly so that’s the only redeeming quality of this place. It needs a total renovation, should mow over and rebuild probably.
