Endeavour River #NationalPark in Cooktown, #Australia - about a year ago, just 3 weeks after Cyclone Ita ravaged the area.
Most of this park is accessible only by boat and that's how I was able to take this photo with my iPhone5s.
Took a little tin boat tour of the Endeavour River. Saw a wide variety of spectacular mangroves, a few boat wrecks and this moored yacht.
It was peaceful and undeveloped; the boat operator said that there were about 35 different species of mangrove.
If one is in #FarNorthernQueensland, the tour is worth taking and just 3 of us in the boat.
