"今回は、仕事で利用しました。
仙台駅からも近く、周りに飲食店もたくさんあり便利です。
ホテルの中は落ち着いた雰囲気で、部屋もきれいです。バスタブも広く、ゆったり体を休めることができました。
4基あるエレベーターですが、チェックインの時間帯によってかと思いますが、少し待つ必要がありました。
一泊でしたが、本当にゆっくりできました。
今度は、旅行で来たいです。

"The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was yummy, and the illumination at night was so pretty. Also, we got real keys- it’s been a long time since I’ve had an actual key so that was fun!!
Most of the staff I spoke to spoke limited English, and I speak just a little Japanese so, just be ready to use your Japanese skills! :)"

"I’m very disappointed about the fact that the hotel does not have the courtesy to provide 1 or 2 hr of late check-out : They charge ¥1,000/hr/person!!!
If it’s a weekend, i can understand, but it’s a quiet Monday!
I’ve been to dozens of hotels in Japan and worldwide, first time I encountered this.
Of course, they’re not ethically wrong or anything; but as a service provider, i will not choose or recommend to anyone."
