Excellent service. Staff are professional and polite. Room is clean and spacious. Nice cosy feel. It is just 2 mins walk to the Premium Outlet. Ideal for those who love shopping. Lots of food options too. I wish I could have stayed longer.

This hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees and is so stunning! It’s quiet and feels so remote yet across the street from shopping. It’s a 20 min taxi ride to downtown Sendai but it’s worth it.

I enjoy staying here and we have stayed here many times but it has changed in the last couple of years. Before they would say welcome back and now they treat me like Im new to their property every time. Also they act nervous with people appearing to be foreign where before their staff was comfortable and welcoming to everyone.

Great location and well maintained property. The room was mostly comfortable but had a weak AC, which took over 3 hours to cool adequately. The bathroom and balcony were clean.

Our family’s review

They fixed the bathtub’s drain that wasn’t working properly without us even telling them, extreme attention to detail! The garden was very beautiful 😁 nice decoration to walk around. The lights on the trees gave it a very christmassy vibe and there were many nice places to take pictures. The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of choices and great quality. The staff were kind. The extra bed was quite uncomfortable though. There was no live tv. The internet speed was horrible and only exclusive to our room. Despite all that, we had a wonderful time here!

We always love staying here with lots of dining and shopping options across the street at Tapio, plus the hotel has a breakfast buffet thats really nice and lots of food made fresh to order which is really nice! The quality is top notch! Its easy to get to and quieter, cleaner and more fun than staying downtown. If we go to Sendai, we stay here. Also the price for the rooms cant be beat for groups/families of 4 or more. The staff makes staying here so easy and comfortable! Also we love their bonfire and fireside activities and their evening bar - so many yummy goodies to enjoy!
