“I come here every fall for years, but I noticed a difference this year. No body lotion in the room but staff found me some thankfully. $10 charge for parking when there never used to be one, & there were lots of empty spots. An older woman who I took to be a housekeeper knocked on my door, although it had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on it, 15 minutes before check out time & held her watch up, looking between it & me, & asked "Are you checking out today?" How rude! I've never had that happen before...
