"Ideal location, restaurants, shops etc nearby. Dolmus stop nearby but easy walk into Fethiye along the waterfront. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean."

"This is a beautiful hotel . The room was so comfortable , with the best bath tub ever ! The food could have been better . It was mid level at best . The breakfast was good . It would have benefited from more fruit options and pastry options and less cake . The lunch and dinner menus were of average quality . I got room service one night and it was really not good . You will find far higher quality of food in any restaurant in Fethiye . Staff were kind and helpful at reception but I found restaurant staff to be quite cold . If the food was to be improved this would be a world class hotel . "

"Very nice small boutique hotel owned by a brother and sister. They renovated their grandmothers house into this beautiful hotel located in downtown within walking distance of the main markets, shops, restaurants, mosque, waterfront, and bus stop to the beaches and other areas. The lovely included breakfast was served on the terrace on the top floor with wonderful views and they also serve pay for food and drinks as well. We stayed in 2 different rooms as shown in the photos."

"This was the worst hotel we have stayed at, after travelling around Turkey and to several other countries. The standard was so poor, with heavy mold all over the bathroom ceiling, due to no air vent, so despite the hotel have a window in the shower permantly open, it was not effective. You could smell mold every time we entered the apartment. The window let in lots of cockroaches and flies. The standards were so poor, and this was the most expensive accomodation we have stayed at. They advertise it with a kitchen but do not have enough utensils, with 2 cups to double up as glasses. They do not want you cooking, and supplied a kitchen sponge that was so old and dirty. It is not run professionally, we had to ask if an old door frame be removed which was in front of our door, blocking access. The first day the electricity cut out several times, and the hot water. They have work men working into the night with drills and hammering. The receptionist was constantly apologising to us and many other guests. The bathroom light was not working over the basin, and was told it would be fixed but never was. The reception area was a constant hangout for family of the staff. With only 9 reviews they have clearly removed their previous account and set up a new one, hence little reviews and good reviews. I would now recommend this accomodation."

"The room was clean. The host was very nice. He allowed us very early check-in. The place is near to public transport. The breakfast had a buffet system with eggs, omelette, bread, jam, chai, tomatoes and boiled potatoes."
